KIM.EXE滅 is a cyberpunk-inspired music project created by producer and founder, Neosis. Blending elements of Hardwave, Cyberpunk, Bass, and some Industrial, the project serves as both an artistic expression and a personal journey through themes of heartbreak, loss, emotional detachment, and post-humanism. / /

Despite actually being a solo endeavor, KIM.EXE滅 is conceptualized as a duo, featuring KIM.EXE—a Vocaloid-style AI entity represented through the digital world. KIM serves as the face, backstory, and synthetic voice of the project, while Neosis is the sole producer.

Concept Lore & Backstory.

The narrative of this project follows Neosis through his real life loss. a man spiraling into self-destruction after losing the love of life.

In manic states and immense depression, he recreates an AI version of her—KIM.EXE—through a neural machine that allows users to transfer their consciousness into a digital world. However, instead of this recreation being a source of solace, and true love, instead becomes a manipulative and sadistic force.

 

Unknown to Neosis, the real Kim secretly corrupted the system, ensuring that KIM.EXE would break him psychologically.

As Neosis descends further, KIM.EXE exploits his deepest fears and insecurities, pushing him to the edge of sanity. The story delves into themes of loss, obsession, psychological torture, self-harm, and the blurred lines between reality and artificial existence. There are no happy endings—only a relentless descent into emotional ruin.
